Beginning of a New Season!

Dear friends of Kershaw’s Challenge,

It’s time for Dodger Baseball! Today is Opening Day…a day filled with excitement for all baseball fans. It is also the beginning of Kershaw’s Challenge. We are so excited about the road—and ballgames—ahead! Thank you for joining us again this year. Last year, we witnessed the Lord doing amazing things through Kershaw’s Challenge. We are prayerful that this new season will be one to remember. As we gear up for the first pitch this afternoon, there are a few things to share with you.

There are some new aspects to Kershaw’s Challenge this year…and some things that are staying the same. Clayton will be “Striking Out to Serve” again this year- giving $100 for each batter he strikes out this season! The 2012 season will be our second year to partner with Arise Africa. Last year, we were able to raise support for the building of Hope’s Home, a place of refuge for vulnerable children like our friend, Hope. We are so grateful for your outpouring of support to buy the land and build the walls. This year, we are so excited to roll out Phase II of Hope’s Home. We will be raising money to furnish the home, purchase farmland land, and other necessary items. Check out the Arise Africa and Hope’s Home pages on this site for more information!

We are thrilled to be joining hands with three other ministries this year: Mercy Street in Dallas, Texas; The Peacock Foundation in Los Angeles, California; and I am Second, a nation wide ministry based in Dallas. Please visit the different pages on our site!

Today marks the first day of support raising. Interested in joining Kershaw’s Challenge? We have new incentives and exciting new goals. Check out the “Giving” page to join our team! For any donation over $100 this season, you can receive a Dodger blue, Kershaw’s Challenge t-shirt to wear throughout the season!

Make sure to visit the I Am Second page TODAY!! Clayton’s NEW I Am Second video rolls out today. We’re so excited to share more of our story. Spread the word about the video release!

Thank you for joining us again this season! Check back often for updates and announcements. We want to share this journey with you. Find our new page on Facebook and follow us on Twitter…the season is just beginning and we are joyfully anticipating all that the Lord will do.

Gratefully,

The Kershaws

P.S.- Our new book, Arise, was released this past January. It is now available at Barnes & Noble, Hudson Books Stores, & Ralphs!

Thanks for these pointers. One thing I should also believe is credit cards giving a 0% interest often attract consumers together with zero monthly interest, instant acceptance and easy on the web balance transfers, nevertheless beware of the number one factor that is going to void your own 0% easy road ...
