For the Nations :: Backpack Outreach

Last week, our Dallas based beneficiary, For the Nations needed help putting together over 500 backpacks and school supplies for the families in their community. The members of our young professionals organization, CLUB22 jumped at the chance to serve the families at For the Nations. CLUB22 members spent several hours stuffing backpacks and organizing everything for the back to school supply drive.

For the Nations Refugee Outreach seeks to provide education and acculturation services to meet the practical needs of refugees. We love the mission of For the Nations and feel that their heart for refugees aligns with the mission and purpose of Kershaw’s Challenge. For the Nations sent us wonderful pictures from the school supply party they hosted a few days ago. We loved seeing the smiles on the kids faces as they received backpacks and school supplies to start the year. Many of the children at For the Nations will be starting school in America for the very first time. To help them start off the year with confidence is a huge gift!
